Laure has worked with Jason for over 10 years, first working closely with him at Maze, where she was head sommelier, before joining him for the launch of Pollen Street Social in 2011. Laure has created an extensive wine menu for Social Wine and Tapas as well as running and stocking the shop with some of her favourite vintages.
Frankie van Loo
Frankie joined the Pollen Street Social kitchen in 2011, before going on to work as sous chef under Paul Hood for the launch of Social Eating House in 2013. He is now the head chef for Social Wine & Tapas, for which he has created a menu of modern tapas-style dishes.
Irha runs The Social Company head office in Soho, London, overseeing all back-office operations for the business and maintaining and developing relations with current and future partners.
EXECUTIVE CHEF AND RESTAURATEUR
Since his first restaurant in 2011, Jason has opened 16 restaurants all over the world. His latest and arguably most exciting to date is Social Wine and Tapas – a concept he has wanted to deliver for years. Jason remains the executive chef at Pollen Street Social and is the driving force of the business, day to day.
